The Surface of the Water in the Pond is like Women's Brain, while the deeper part of Pond shares the Men's Brain. A Small description to prove the situation. At every point in Men's brain, they would maintain a track for every possible Situation/Person/Place. Whereas every Women tend to combine Everything with Everything or Anything with Everything... (Well there are certain exception's in both the cases)...

@Poornima: Very simple assume a problem. Men usually thinks in a way that where ever the problems are connected, Women usually thinks in such a way that problem connected issues related to them... If you want more explanation regarding this, you have to see experience of certain ppl as an example to realize it! (Am not offending any women, though I already have two women in my home, its jus my opinion)...
