Three
basic things to be kept in Mind before Helping:
1) Help has to be instigated only when people ask at
you; in that case timing is the most important thing to be noted.
2) If you help, anytime - when you are free, then you
will definitely miss the timing part & end up in disastrous helping.
3) If you tell anyone that you helped so and so person,
then the essence of Help is already lost.

U are right. All we do are not help. what they need , we do , is the help.
